Isn't always a bowel of cherry but not all pits either. Take it one day at a time and call it a day. Suns coming out and sky's are blue birds are chirping how bout you. Enjoy sweet kind happy people focus on the positive and call it a day. Butterfly bees flowers enjoy. K 3.31

SPRING AND ALL IS GREEN.

Now is time to enjoy sunshine and rest. Appreciate ever speck and detail of spring and summer and don't miss a thing. If you sleep well it will enhance your euphoria one hundred percent. Play and work hard then come home when sun light has gone to bed and plop in your bed and dream sweet dreams.  K 3.28

Look around, what do you see, now look deeper at the sky,birds,grass,flowers,etc.... so many beautiful things in life we miss being busy!, but slow down as you speed through life and enjoy each drop of joy and beauty provided for your enjoyment so enjoy and smile and enjoy smiles. cheers. K 3.27

Sunshine.

Next week we get some sunshine, yaaaaay. Enjoy it and enjoy all the greenery earned from our suffering. Mow the lawn while the gettin is good and enjoy. Can't wait to swim in all the fresh water and splash around in the sun. I thing there's gonna be some good fishing this year too. Camping.bike riding etc.. K 3.25

did march of dimes get started and help so many over the years? People taking the time to put their heads and time and funds together to make a difference in so many lives just because the need was there and they cared. What ever the scale any of us do it..... do it and make a difference in lives today trust me you'll feel good you did! K 3.24

Life is like a rhythm.

Life in and of it self has no melody or lyrics. We create that .Classical, rhythm that keeps you smiling ,some scat here and there, rock n roll  from time to time but basically should be  easy flow melody that relax, amuses and entertains.soar high and free,K 3.21

The dark clouds have no choice than to blow away, oh yes they are having their fun now but the day will come when they will evaporate and be no more. The clouds mock the sun for now till it comes in the clouds and they cower like the simpering pests that they are. Spring is just a stones throw away!! K 3.20

Rain Rain RRRRRRain.

Grey and dismal that's just what it is. Ahhhhhh gotta wait for the sun and enjoy the melody of the rain for now. All N all it'll be sooooo worth it come spring. Mean while back at the ranch get your tanning oil,thongs,shorts,t-shirts and sunglasses ready cause I just know the sun is jealous of all the action the rains gettin and is gonna beat down steady. wow this is making lemonade.

You can actually use mother nature for pleasure when she's throwin down some pretty harsh weather. These fellas are thrivin on ridin the gnarly wave dude. The term foiled again doesn't mean they've been had but they have had the time of their life flying across the massive waves. We can learn something from this..... When life gives you lemons make a big huge jug of lemon aid!!, Gotta love it. K 3.19

Sun rise to sundown.

Time for sound satisfying sleep. Dare to dream and start this process in bed sleeping soundly and comfortably.
Float away on a cloud for hours and relax. Wake up refreshed and ready for the day. The chirping morning birds will be welcome to your well rested ears, Don't lay in bed and count sheep ponder instead what you'll do tomorrow. K 3.19

Sleep like a baby.

So important to get enough rest. If we go for years burning the candle at both ends,in the long run we don't get to enjoy the beauty of the flame. It's raining cats and dogs out there today anyway so get caught up on your rest and let the sunshine in your life. K 3.18

Rain rain.......

Bring it on, I'll enjoy you, for soon you'll be gone.The air so sweet, warm and clean.. will have made it all worth it ..this wet nasty scene, yet beautiful depending on the view from where you stand or sit.. sip coffee , do blogs or simply sit and knit.what ever it is,do it with joy... thinking to your self, spring is a stones throw away, and have a pleasant day. Roses are red violets are the thing hey everybody the 20th is the first day of spring!

Clean out those drawers with pencils and things. Bounce around the house like your feet have springs,ugh no pun intended,enjoy each moment while you do this and that... for when your finished you can fall on the couch with a splat and look around at all the new space and think of spring with a smile on your face. In the midst of tremendous suffering,terror,heart break and anguish I believe it's time to appreciate every bit of love and joy with simplicity attached, that only a child can explain ,being thankful for such privilege and safety.We are all just one step away from the same so let's love in the most unlikely of circumstances and enjoy the luxury and warmth and beauty and love this spring.... cheers. How do we notice the abundance of peace joy love character in a person.
We can look into or look away from the windows to the soul and see what is
lurking inside or at least collect a general idea. The eyes the windows of 

the soul! Let's start a new trend and actually start noticing such beauty. K

Let's celebrate

Great Women of the world. Daunted or worn down by societal stigmas and ideals of the world? NO, didn't happen to these Women. They had an inter strength that couldn't be daunted and stood strong not only for their self respect and values but also to start a tend that would never go out of style,courage, love determination,hope and most of all integrity,theirs and no it was not for sale and NOT up for grabs. K

This spring when your in shorts,flip flops,t-shirts,stylin sun glasses and lounging by the pool or swimming in a lake or ocean ,sniffing flowers,sitting or playing at the park,lookin at chipper chirpy birds while riding your bike or hiking or fishing etc etc etc I want you to think about what the sun really is and the planet we are enjoying and the sun that's beating down us. With unhealthy water,air,attitudes etc............ you get to decide what you put into your mouth and on your skin. Organic is going to cost you more but what are you worth.Some say awwww come on if I go organic It's not that much better oh yes it is. The chemicals are stronger every year and do take a toll on your body after time so go organic and enjoy because your worth it! K
